I just spent 2 weeks in Hawaii with my husband and my daughter. We had a fabulous time! And you’re asking – you better, you were in Hawaii! Yes, true, apart of the obvious things I love about this place – weather, water, beach, greenery, fresh food … I love the expressions from the native Hawaiian language and how they translate into today’s world. I saw a bumper sticker which said: Practice Aloha daily. I loved it but haven’t seen it so decided to create my own – thus the theme picture ?
Nevertheless. What does Aloha mean?! It’s not just Hello and Bye, it’s a way to live your life – with love, peace and compassion. Your heart is overflowing with the ability to influence others around you with your spirit. And I do want to live like this every day! I want to have a positive impact on my own way how I live and how I influence my family and others around me. And I realized, discovering the coaching world started with aloha! My first coach who helped me through the most difficult part of my life so far calls her company the Compassionate mind! A lot of people talk about compassion but I truly believe that not many understand the full meaning of the word yet. And it’s so powerful to be compassionate and have someone compassionate in your life.
So now, me being the coach myself, it’s my way how I can help others think differently, see differently, open their minds to new possibilities, re-start their life or open up to something new. It’s my contribution to make the world a better place!
